‘I Don’t Live for My Children, But I’ll Die for Them’ — Bolanle Ninalowo

Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has described his children as the most valuable part of his life, saying he would willingly sacrifice his life for them.
Ninalowo shared the reflection in an Instagram post on Wednesday while speaking about the importance of putting children first when making major life decisions.
“The only true thing I own and I would die for: my children. All else is fleeting!” the actor wrote.
He further explained that having his children’s wellbeing at the centre of his decisions helps him navigate difficult moments.
According to Ninalowo, when faced with a crossroads, considering what is best for his children can provide clarity and prevent him from making the wrong choice.
“If you put your children first, you never make a bad decision. When you hit a crossroads moment … you think, ‘What is best for my children?’ If you go that route, then you never make a bad decision,” he said.
The actor, however, drew a distinction between living solely for his children and being willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for them.
“I don’t live for them, but I will die for them,” he added.
Ninalowo, who has starred in films including Picture Perfect and Breaded Life, has previously spoken about fatherhood, family and the values he hopes to pass on to his children.
