San Pedro head coach Hassen Bellil says his team are fully prepared for their CAF Champions League meeting with Rivers United.
The Ivorian club will welcome the Nigerian side to the Laurent Pokou Stadium on Saturday for the first leg of their first preliminary round tie.
The match is scheduled for 4pm local time, which is 5pm in Nigeria.
San Pedro recently returned to Côte d’Ivoire after completing a training camp in Tunisia.
Bellil believes his players are capable of overcoming Rivers United.
“Like all teams, we watched Rivers’ games. We studied the team with our analysis unit. We know they are a good, experienced team. They are a solid team and we have prepared well to face them,” Bellil told a press conference on Friday.
