Singer J Martins Survives Ghastly Accident After Car Veers Off Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway
Nigerian singer and Senior Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Tourism and Entertainment, Martins Okechukwu Justice, popularly known as J Martins, has survived a near-fatal car accident.
The incident occurred on Monday along the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway when his car reportedly suffered a brake failure, causing it to veer off the road and plunge into a nearby bush.
Eyewitnesses said the vehicle lost control at high speed before skidding off the highway and crashing into the thick vegetation.
In a statement following the crash, J Martins described the experience as “terrible” but expressed deep gratitude to God for sparing his life.
“It was a terrible experience, but I thank God for saving me. I came out of the vehicle without a single injury,” he said.
The singer, known for his hit songs and contribution to Nigeria’s entertainment scene, currently serves in the Abia State Government, where he plays a key role in promoting tourism and the creative industry.
