Goalkeeper Yusuf Mohammed has rejoined Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club Katsina United ahead of the 2025–26 campaign.
Mohammed previously played for the Chanji Boys during the 2023–24 season before making a move to Niger Tornadoes, where he was a regular presence between the posts in the NPFL last term.
During his stint with Niger Tornadoes, the experienced shot-stopper competed with Joshua Enaholo for the number one jersey under manager Majin Mohammed.
With the departure of Central African Republic international Alladoum Kolimba, Mohammed is now widely expected to assume the role of first-choice goalkeeper for Katsina United in the upcoming season.
