Former Real Madrid manager Fabio Capello has identified three current Los Blancos players as potential future Ballon d’Or winners.
The Italian football legend highlighted Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe, and Jude Bellingham as strong candidates who could one day claim the prestigious Golden Ball.
All three stars have made significant impacts since joining Real Madrid and have been in contention for the award in recent years.
In fact, last year, Vinicius, Bellingham, and Mbappe all ranked within the top six in the Ballon d’Or final power rankings.
They are also expected to be among the frontrunners for this year’s award.
Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport (via AS and Madrid Universal), Capello said: “Vinicius, Mbappe, and Bellingham are three potential Ballon d’Or winners.”
The winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or will be announced in September, with other notable contenders including Lamine Yamal, Ousmane Dembele, Vitinha, Raphinha, and Mohamed Salah, who are expected to challenge the Real Madrid trio for the coveted individual honor.
