Tottenham, West Ham in Transfer Battle for Club Brugge’s Raphael Onyedika

Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are locked in a transfer battle for Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika, who currently plays for Belgian side Club Brugge.
Onyedika has drawn significant attention with his standout performances, particularly in the UEFA Champions League last season, sparking renewed transfer interest. Reports from Transferfeed indicate both Premier League clubs are eager to secure his services this summer.
West Ham view Onyedika as a potential replacement for Czech midfielder Tomas Soucek, who is reportedly set to leave the London club. Tottenham, meanwhile, are looking to strengthen their squad after a disappointing 16th-place finish in the Premier League.
Italian giants AC Milan have also shown interest in the 24-year-old, adding further competition for his signature.
Onyedika was close to joining Turkish side Galatasaray last summer but ultimately remained with Club Brugge. With two years left on his current contract, the midfielder could be on the move soon if the right offer is made.
He joined Club Brugge in 2022 from Danish club FC Midtjylland.
