Benue Killings: Comedian Sabinus Urges Federal Government to Act Swiftly

Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator, Sabinus, has made an emotional appeal to the Federal Government and security agencies to urgently address the ongoing violence in parts of Benue State, allegedly perpetrated by suspected herdsmen.

Speaking in a video alongside members of his creative team, Sabinus expressed deep concern over the continued loss of innocent lives, emphasizing that the situation demands immediate intervention.

“The killings in Benue State are heartbreaking. We are appealing to the government and all relevant security bodies to step in now,” he said. “Every life is valuable. This is not just about Benue — if not addressed quickly, the violence could spread to other parts of the country. We all could be affected.”

Sabinus stressed that Nigerians cannot afford to be passive in the face of such brutality. “These are our people. They need help, and they need it now. We’re begging — please take action. The people of Benue State deserve to live in peace and safety.”
