In an official statement shared via his Instagram page on May 1, 2025, the artist stated:
“Amid recent misleading online reports claiming that Portable has been sentenced to three months in prison, we wish to set the record straight: Portable is NOT in prison, has NOT been arrested, and is NOT serving any sentence.”
He went on to confirm that all past and ongoing legal matters have been amicably resolved with the appropriate authorities.
Portable remains a free man, fully focused on his music career. He is actively creating new music and preparing to thrill fans across the globe.
