Still in politics… A former governor of Borno state Ali Modu Sheriff, says he will no longer contest the national chairmanship position of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking to journalists in Abuja, Sheriff said he does not want to oppose the zoning formula of the party as they have agreed to zone the position to the north-central.

Sheriff had since declared his interest to contest as national chairman of the party.
