VFS Global partners SAP on digital cross-border services

SAP SE, a global leader in enterprise software and artificial intelligence, has announced a strategic partnership with VFS Global to co-develop cutting-edge digital solutions aimed at transforming cross-border mobility and government-to-citizen services.
In a joint statement released Wednesday, the two companies confirmed that VFS Global will adopt SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, along with a suite of SAP platforms, to enhance operational efficiency and better serve its global government clientele.

The partnership also includes the deployment of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business Data Cloud, enabling VFS Global to streamline workflows and roll out AI-powered services across its international operations.
