Hoodlums reportedly attacked a bus carrying journalists in the convoy of APC presidential candidate and former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu on Sunday.

The attack was said to have happened while Tinubu’s convoy was leaving the palace of Rilwan Akiolu, Oba of Lagos in Lagos Island.

Tinubu was said to have visted the Oba of Lagos shortly after arriving in Lagos from Abuja after the recently concluded All Progressive Congress (APC) primary where he emerged the party’s flagbearer.

The hoodlums were said to have wielded cutlasses and sticks, and threw stones at the convoy.

Tinubu was accompanied by Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, and his Kano counterpart, Umar Ganduje, on the visit to the monarch.
