A Mobile Court in Lagos state has released rights activist, Agba Jalingo and other 18 members of the #RevolutionNow movement arrested earlier today by men of the Nigerian Police Force.
According to reports, the charge preferred against them was conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
The defendants have however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
It was gathered that the defense which included Adesina Ogunlana and Inibehe Effiong made an oral application for bail.
But, the prosecution counsel immediately applied for the case to be withdrawn which the court granted with a caution to the defendants.
