Minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio, appears to the world, as complicating much more the Niger Delta region,’s problems by his using NNDC staff and managing director, to continue with splitting of contract into many to defraud federal allocation and oil companies regular contributions in order sons and daughters, of Niger Delta region, to enrich themselves instead of developing Niger Delta. People in the Niger Delta, embrace stealing, looting and embezzlement, of development funds as the environment remain under-developed despite huge funds regularly allocated to the Niger Delta region. What obtains in the Niger Delta, region, are defrauding of South-South region of federal allocation, oil companies regular support to NNDC to develop South South region, as average people. Niger Delta, people are deeply shameless looters and thieves, of their own public funds meant developmental projects.
