RACE TO VILLA: Tinubu, Obi unfold economic, restructuring agenda to North


The Presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress APC Bola Tinubu, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi were on Monday at separate interactive sessions with Northern Elders, the elders drawn from six different ethnic groups grilled the Candidates on their plans for the Northern Part of Nigeria if they emerge winners of the 2023 presidential election.

While speaking, APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu assured that his government if elected will move Nigeria to economic prosperity, with particular focus on the dairy industry as a potential job creator and earner of foreign exchange in the country.

Meanwhile, the Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi says he would positively change the narrative of Nigeria as a failed state, adding that the country was not bereft of ideas but lacked the political will to effect genuine change that would better the lives of Nigerians.
