President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation Monday, April 27, 2020 at 8pm.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina announced this in a statement released on Monday.
Adesina added that television, radio and other electronic media stations are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.
The President’s address may not be unlinked to the ongoing lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja which is expected to end on Monday (Today)
Despite the lockdown, Lagos state have continued to record increasing cases of the Coronavirus infection making it the epicenter of the disease in Nigeria.
