The Presidency says it is yet to receive any retirement letter from embattled Head of the Civil Service of the federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita.
The development comes amid reports that the Service head had written to the President, informing him of her decision to retire from the service.
Responding to the reports, Senior Special assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina no such letter has been received from Oyo-Ita.
Oyo-Ita was on Wednesday invited for questioning by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over alleged contract scam, abuse of duty tour allowance and money laundering to the tune of N3bn.
According to the Anti-graft agency, the allegations emanated from a petition filed against the Civil Service head.
She has however denied all the allegations.
