Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is presiding over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. 

This follows President Muhammadu Buhari’s trip to Russia for the Russia-Africa Summit holding from Oct. 23 to Oct. 25. 

Osinbajo had earlier presided over the FEC meeting on September 25 when the President attended the 74th session of UN General Assembly in New York.
