Federal government’s investment in the purchase of military hardware has led to the reduction in criminality on Nigeria’s  maritime domain.

Bashir Jamoh, the director general of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) , made this known when he played host to the European union coordinator for the Gulf of guinea Nicholas Martinez in Lagos.
