NDLEA busts warehouse in Lagos, seizes ₦193b worth of cocaine


As part of its mandate to curtail illicit production, importation, exportation, sale and trafficking of psychoactive substances in Nigeria, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have busted a cocaine warehouse in Lagos State, seizing N193 billion worth of crack.

The NDLEA’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi described the development as one of “the biggest singular cocaine seizures” in the agency’s history.

He also revealed that the feat was achieved after extensive investigation with American Drug Enforcement Administration.
