Napoli Close in on Højlund Deal as Vázquez Set for Leverkusen Switch

Napoli are nearing completion of a deal to bring Rasmus Højlund to the club from Manchester United.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Danish striker is expected to move to the reigning Serie A champions on an initial loan, which includes a buy clause that will become mandatory, with the total agreement valued at approximately €45 million.
The proposed contract for Højlund, running until June 2030, is contingent on Manchester United finalizing terms for his departure.
In a separate development, former Real Madrid skipper Lucas Vázquez has reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen on a two-year contract.
The 34-year-old right-back, who is joining the Bundesliga champions on a free transfer, has already completed his medical ahead of the move.
He is scheduled to officially sign his deal with Leverkusen, which runs through June 2027, on Tuesday.
