Moses Simon Open to Transfer but Will Respect Nantes’ Decision

Nantes winger Moses Simon has stated that while he remains committed to the club, he is open to exploring new opportunities if the right offer comes along.
The Nigerian international has drawn interest from Premier League side Everton, as well as Ligue 1 clubs Olympique Marseille and Paris FC, following a strong 2024/25 season in which he tallied eight goals and 10 assists in 32 appearances for the Canaries.
Simon, 29, has been with Nantes since 2019 and has become a fan favorite over the years.
Speaking to SportsBoom, the winger expressed his admiration for the club while acknowledging his openness to a new challenge. However, he made it clear that any move would depend on the club’s willingness to sell.
“I have a lot of love and respect for the club, but like any player, I’m always open to new challenges in life,” Simon said.
“If I receive an offer and Nantes agree to it, I would definitely consider making a move. However, if the club decides not to accept any offers, I will fully respect my contract because I am still their player.”
