LASBCA embarks on demolition exercise in Mushin


As part of efforts to prevent building collapse in the state, the Lagos State Building Control Agency, has demolished more than 10 building out of a total of 200 already marked for demolition.

Speaking to journalist during a demolition exercise at Gbadamosi Iginla street, in the Mushin area of Lagos state, Director of Quality Control, Aremu Olayemi reiterated the state government’s effort to ensure than building collapse  in the state, becomes a thing of the past.

Some of the affected residents have however faulted the agency, calling for more regulation in the exercise..
