Nigeria has recorded 27 cases of COVID-19 in five states and the federal capital territory (FCT).
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, disclosed that the infections were recorded from April 9 to 11, 2022.
Lagos, the epicentre of the disease, logged 18 cases, followed by FCT and Delta State with four and two respectively.
Others are Kaduna- 1, Oyo- 1, and Rivers-1
With no death recorded in the country, the nation’s fatality number stands at 3,142. So far, Nigeria’s infection tally is now 255,633.
The agency data further showed that 107 persons were discharged after they recovered from the infection raising the number of recoveries in the country to 249,825.
