Chrisland Schools has released a statement claiming that no child was raped or administered pregnancy test under its watch.
The statement comes amid reports of sexual abuse of a female pupil while the school students were on a trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
A video showing the mother of an alleged victim calling for help went viral on Monday, sparking controversy and debate.
The affected mother said her preteen daughter was raped by male pupils in the school, made a video recording and posted it online.
She further accused the school of hiding the information from her and conducting pregnancy test on her child without her consent.
However, in a statement signed by a member of the Chrisland advisory board, Akin Fadeyi, the school said no rape occurred adding that only a COVID post-travel test was conducted on the returning delegation of the students, in compliance with COVID-19 travel protocols
