An unspecified number of students of Bethel Baptist High School located in Maraban Rido area in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State have been abducted by bandits.

The kidnappers were said to have invaded the school, in the early hours of Monday, and started shooting sporadically into the air before forcibly moving the school children from their hostels into nearby forest.
