The 2022 Aso Table Tennis National Championship ended on Sunday with Top seeds, Delta’s Fatimo Bello and Ondo’s Omeh Amadi winning the women’s singles and men’s singles titles at the Gymnastic Hall of the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja .

Fatimo Bello defeated Bose Odun–sanya  3-1 while  the men’s category witnessed National Sports Festival Champion, Omeh Amadi defeat youngster Abdulfatai Abdul–ba–sist from Kwara State 4-1 .

In an interview with journalists at the closing ceremony, the organisers say the event achieved its objectives by discovering new talents to improve the sports of table tennis in Nigeria.
