The Court of Appeal in Abuja Division has reserved its judgement on an appeal filed by the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu seeks that the Justice Jummai Hanatu led panel strike out the terrorism and treasonable felony charges preferred against him by the Federal Government.

Kanu through his team of lawyers led by Mike Ozekhome prayed the appellate court to review the April 8 ruling of the Federal High Court in Abuja which struck out only eight out of the 15 charges.

The counsel argued that the remaining charges are defective and baseless.
