Ten out of 23 presidential hopefuls have been disqualified from participating in the All Progressives Congress (APC) special convention to pick a standard bearer.
John Oyegun, chairman of the screening panel, said this on Friday while presenting a report to Abdullahi Adamu, APC national chairman.
Although chairman of the screening panel did not reveal the identity of aspirants who made the cut, he disclosed that only youthful aspirants made the list of cleared aspirants.
The committee held the screening exercise between Monday and Tuesday this week.
Cleared aspirants are expected to contest the presidential primary at a scheduled special convention in Abuja between June 6 and 8.
