Quite very sad that up till present time, president Muhammadu Buhari, led federal government of Nigeria, abandoned his professed policy, to rehabilitate our existing [4-refineries], to maximum capacity to enable Nigeria, refine enough fuel and diesel, for daily domestic usage of our motorists and small/medium scales businesses, instead of relying on endless imported fuel/diesel.

Why should the consecutive-ministers of state, under President Muhammadu Buhari, since 2015, refused to rehabilitate our existing deliberately vandalized four-refineries, and instead favored endless foreign refined imported fuel? Definitely, consecutive ministers-of state for oil, must be deriving personal gains from fuel-importers in secret behind the scene.
