Alleged drug links: Allegations against Kyari is a reflection of Nigeria police force-HEDA

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA has declared Abba Kyari, the suspended deputy commissioner of police, wanted over alleged links with an international drug cartel. This was made known by the spokesperson of the NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, in a press briefing on Monday. Babafemi said the anti-drug agency declared Kyari wanted because he did not honour the invitation sent to him. Kyari, until his suspension by the commission, was the officer-in-charge of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team.
Meanwhile, reports say the suspect has been arrested by the police. It was gathered that he was arrested alongside four others on Monday.
