Alleged Corruption: Police comb Magu’s house after suspension


Policemen attached to the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department have searched the home of the suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu.

The Police at about 6pm combed Magu’s house located on Abduljalil Street, Karu Site, on the outskirts of Abuja while he remained detained in the police custody where he was returned after thorough interrogation on Tuesday.

According to reports, the police were reported to have made away with some vital documents after the search.

It was gathered that at 830p.m. Magu was driven from the old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa venue of the panel’s sitting back to the Force Criminal Investigation Bureau where he  passed the night on Monday.
