A civil society organization, Cooperate Accountability and Public Participation Africa(CAPPA) in collaboration with We’ll Win 2023, has sensitized Nigerians on the need for voter registration as a civic responsibility to the nation. At the one day workshop, the group also charged citizens to come out in their numbers to elect good candidates in the forth coming 2023 general elections. They also spoke of the commencement of operations at the Lekki toll gate, urging Nigerians to kick against collection of toll fare which kicked off on Friday. According to the group, the toll gate should be a memorial ground to remember the protesters who lost their lives at the plaza on October 20, 2020.
